If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Retain the item and packaging as we will need to investigate and provide photographic evidence to pursue a claim with the courier.
If you wish to return your undamaged item, simply contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product and return it in its original, unused condition, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i)customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition, we recommend you chose a tracked, insured service and ensure the items being posted are covered. Many couriers will not insure lighting products or fragile items; (ii) if several items were purchased together to receive a discount you will receive a refund for any cost above what you would have paid for the items you keep only; and (iii) the following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom items (this does not include standard products made to order, but does include any item where you have asked us to make it specifically to your requirements)
- Personalized items
- Seconds and sale items
